Job summary

Smart Ride in India is seeking an Electric Scooter Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain electric two-wheelers with precision. You will troubleshoot faults, service BMS, replace battery packs, motors or controllers, and perform firmware updates and calibration.

Expect hands-on servicing experience with high-voltage safety protocols and strong mechanical skills to ensure safe, reliable repairs and road-ready scooters for customers.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics or Motor Vehicle Mechanics.
• Hands-on two-wheeler servicing experience.
• Adherence to high-voltage safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain electric scooters with precision.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults using diagnostic tools.
• Service battery management systems and replace battery packs, motors, controllers as needed.
• Perform firmware updates and calibration; handle app/telematics configuration.

Using multi meters and specialized diagnostic tools, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults, service battery management systems (BMS), and repair or replace battery packs, motors, and controllers. Beyond hardware,handle firmware updates, control unit calibration, and smart-app or telematics configuration, alongside mechanical maintenance covering steering, suspension, tires, and brakes. Backed by an ITI or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics or Motor Vehicle Mechanics and hands-on two-wheeler servicing experience, our technicians follow strict high-voltage safety protocols to ensure every repair is safe, reliable
