Job summary

Tirumala Aerated Blocks is seeking an Electrical Engineer to oversee operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems in a manufacturing setup. You will manage preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure reliable plant operations.

The role requires maintaining HT/LT/MCC panels, motors, VFDs, transformers and DG sets, with a focus on safety, schedule adherence and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing plants, industrial electrical maintenance, AAC Block, Cement, Dry Mix, Building Materials or similar process industries.

Responsibilities

• Handle operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems and plant equipment.
• Carry out preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and corrective maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Maintain and troubleshoot HT/LT panels, MCC panels, motors, VFDs, transformers, DG sets, control panels and electrical drives.
• Identify electrical faults and ensure timely repairs and smooth plant operations.
• Maintain electrical maintenance schedules, checklists, records and spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
