Larsen & Toubro Limited is seeking an EHS Manager to oversee the safety and health management on high-rise construction sites. You will develop and enforce HSE plans, conduct risk assessments, safety audits, toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.

You will lead incident investigations, track KPIs, and coordinate with contractors to foster a strong safety culture and timely corrective actions on site.

• Develop and implement HSE plans, procedures and safety systems at site.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, risk assessments and toolbox talks.
• Monitor safety compliance for working at height, scaffolding, lifting, excavation, electrical and other high-risk activities.
• Investigate incidents/near misses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with contractors and project teams to drive a strong safety culture.
• Prepare EHS reports, track safety KPIs and ensure timely closure of observations.
