Job summary

Anarock Property Consultants is seeking an on-site HSE professional to oversee safety across infrastructure projects in Hyderabad. You will ensure adherence to HSE policies, coordinate with site teams, and drive risk mitigation actions with contractors.

The role involves conducting daily safety inspections, maintaining documentation, and leading safety inductions and toolbox talks to promote a culture of zero incidents on site.

Qualifications

• Graduate with science or engineering background and safety training.
• NEBOSH diploma or in-progress considered strong, with relevant certifications.
• Experience implementing HSE policies on large sites is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization on infrastructure projects from a Health & Safety perspective.
• Assist in implementing company-wide HSE policies and systems at site level.
• Ensure contractor compliance with safety requirements, MS and risk assessments.
• Support in identifying risks and implementing mitigation measures with project teams.

Job description

• Represent the organization on assigned infrastructure / industrial project sites from a Health & Safety perspective.
• Assist in implementing company-wide HSE policies, procedures, and systems at site level.
• Ensure contractor compliance with statutory safety requirements, approved method statements, and risk assessments.
• Support the Site Head and Project Manager in identifying safety risks and implementing mitigation measures.

Ensure adherence to highest HSE standards during civil, structural, PEB, MEP, and finishing works.

Operational Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and report unsafe acts/conditions in a timely manner.
• Ensure all safety documentation (RA, MS, permits, checklists) is available prior to commencement of work.
• Monitor use of PPE and enforce safe working practices at all times.
• Stop unsafe work practices and guide contractors with corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain site safety records including daily reports, incident logs, toolbox talks, and training records.
• Assist in investigation of near misses, incidents, and accidents and support closure of corrective actions.
• Conduct site-level safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training programs.

Educational Qualification

Graduate (B.Sc.) / Diploma in Engineering / Bachelor Degree in Engineering / NEBOSH (Diploma or in progress preferred)
