Nexfore Consulting seeks an EHS | ESG Manager – Safety and Sustainability (Junior) for a full-time, on-site role in Thane, Maharashtra, India. You will support the development and execution of EHS and ESG initiatives across construction sites.

You will conduct safety inspections, assist investigations, deliver trainings, and maintain documentation while aligning with local regulations and CSR goals. This requires hands-on site work and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Industrial Safety relevant to construction.
• Experience or training in Environment Health and Safety (EHS), including regulatory compliance and site implementation.
• Ability to conduct Safety Training sessions and promote safe work behaviors among diverse site teams.
• Skills in Accident Investigation, incident reporting, and root-cause analysis to support corrective and preventive actions.
• Understanding of ESG principles, sustainability practices, and CSR initiatives within construction projects.
• Diploma or degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; recognized safety certifications are an advantage.
• Attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and ability to work on-site in dynamic project environments.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
