Job summary

Siemens Energy India Limited is seeking five safety officers on direct contract for construction and maintenance sites across India. You will manage on-site EHS functions, ensure strict policy adherence, and promote a Zero Harm culture.

Candidates should have BE Electrical or Diploma Electrical with Safety credentials and 5–7 years of experience in major EPC/O&M projects. Role based in Thane-Kalwa with travel to project sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in major ETC and O&M sites, preferably EHV substations and switchyards.

Responsibilities

• Take care of EHS function at site and ensure strict implementation of Siemens EHS Policy.
• Guarantee adherence to Zero Harm policy across construction and maintenance sites.
• Collaborate with site teams to drive safety improvements and compliance.

This is your role. What part will you play?

Siemens Energy GT SV is looking to hire 5 safety officers on direct contract to be placed at Construction and Maintenance sites anywhere in India. They will take care of EHS function at site, responsible for strict implementation of Siemens EHS Policy, ensuring adherence to Zero Harm Policy.

Candidates with experience of min 5 years in major ETC and O&M sites preferably EHV Substations and switchyards, shall apply.

Educational Qualification: BE Electrical OR Diploma Electrical with PDIS/ADIS (Safety Diploma) minimum 5 years experience or 7 years experience with Transmission projects or EPC projects.

Bachelor accommodation near to the project sites will be provided.

This role will be on Siemens direct contract.
