• Familiar with hazards related to moving machinery, dust, and noise.
• Strong contractor safety management on customer/project sites.

• Roll out company HSE policy, procedures, and minimum safety standards; ensure legal, regulatory & customer compliance
• Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all operational activities
• Conduct risk assessments for operational activities and propose mitigation plans
• Track and close unsafe acts/unsafe conditions using the HSE24 tool
• Prepare project emergency response plans and conduct mock drills
• Manage contractor safety in coordination with Site In-charges, HSE Manager, and leadership
• Conduct HSE audits, site reviews, and safety campaigns
• Deliver HSE performance presentations to business heads with data-backed recommendations
• Conduct safety training for employees, contractors, and customers
• Compile MIS reports and maintain all HSE documentation/records

About the Role

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong team player
