Job summary

Mace is delivering a fully operational data center project in Mumbai, and we are seeking experienced professionals to lead integrated teams through design, procurement and construction.

You will champion quality, implement project-specific control strategies, guide multidisciplinary teams, and foster innovation while advancing our sustainability goals and client commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil.
• Experience in the relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and assurance of design solutions for procurement and construction.
• Develop and implement project-specific quality and dimensional control strategies.
• Drive quality excellence by embedding assurance processes, standards and best practices across projects and teams.
• Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the right structures, capabilities and governance are in place for successful delivery.
• Champion innovation, technical excellence and continuous improvement, while supporting the development and performance of team members.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to Mace's net zero carbon ambitions through the proactive management and reduction of carbon emissions across project delivery.

You’ll Be Responsible For
