Job summary

Encalm Hospitality Private Limited in Delhi is seeking a Ground Handling Associate to manage luggage, escort passengers through check-in and security, and ensure smooth passenger drop-off at the gate.

You will assist passengers with luggage, guide them through aviation procedures, and support security checks; prior experience in ground handling or aviation is preferred. A fit and communicative candidate is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th/12th pass from any recognized board/university.
• Good communication skills, motivated, responsible, physically fit, knowledge of Airport is must.
• Prior experience with Ground handling/Aviation Industry or related industry.

Responsibilities

• To assist passengers with their luggage.
• To help passengers identify and retrieve their luggage from the baggage belt.
• To escort the passenger through the check-in process.
• Escort the passenger and safeguard his/her luggage till Immigration/Customs & other security checks.
• To help the passenger put baggage on the X-ray machine as needed.
• To escort the passenger to the lounge / boarding gate as per package offerings.
• Determines size of baggage cart to safely carry luggage to passenger drop-off point.
• To undertake other jobs assigned by superior from time to time.
