• Good understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, content marketing, performance marketing, and website basics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counseling, convincing, and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding digital marketing courses, certifications, and career opportunities.
• Understand students' educational background, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
• Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in visits.
• Convert leads into admissions through effective counseling and regular follow-ups.
• Explain course curriculum, career prospects, placement support, and learning outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, counseling sessions, and admissions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
• Achieve monthly admission targets while maintaining excellent student satisfaction.
• Participate in educational seminars, webinars, workshops, and promotional activities.
