Role Description

The Educational Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Banswara, responsible for guiding students through academic and career decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assessing students' interests and strengths, and recommending suitable courses, institutions, and career paths. The role involves organizing informational workshops, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of educational programs and entrance requirements, and supporting students with application processes and timelines. The counselor will also collaborate with educators and parents, prepare reports and documentation, and contribute to outreach activities that promote the organization's services.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Educational Consulting and Education, with the ability to explain academic pathways and institutional options clearly.
• Candidates should possess Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to support learners in making informed personal, academic, and professional choices.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication, active listening, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field; advanced certifications in guidance or counseling are an advantage.
