Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Tamil Nadu is seeking an Engineering Manager – MEP (FPS) to lead fire protection system design for large-scale projects. You will manage FPS layouts, hydraulics, and equipment selection, ensuring design reviews and cross-discipline coordination.

The role requires 8–15 years of FPS design experience, deep knowledge of NFPA/NBC/IS/TAC standards, and strong leadership to drive on-site execution and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering is required.
• 8–15 years of experience in FPS design/coordination for large buildings, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in FPS codes and hydraulic design principles; strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop FPS design layouts, hydraulic calculations, and system specifications.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, NBC, IS, and TAC standards.
• Review sprinkler layouts, hydrant networks, and pump room design.
