Job summary

Arohak Technologies is seeking an experienced EDI Technical Lead/Senior EDI Consultant for offshore operations in Hyderabad. You will design, configure, and support EDI integrations across JDE EDI (ECOUP), ESKER, and IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, troubleshooting end-to-end transaction flows in a large-scale environment.

The role requires hands-on implementation, production support, and collaboration with business, ERP, and external trading-partner teams to ensure secure, reliable data exchange

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on JDE EDI (ECOUP) implementation and/or production support experience.
• Hands-on IBM Sterling B2B Integrator in an enterprise B2B/EDI environment.
• Practical ESKER integration and operational support experience.
• Understanding of end-to-end EDI/B2B integration architecture and transaction processing.
• Experience troubleshooting production EDI issues across ERP, middleware, connectivity, mapping, and trading-partner layers.
• Experience supporting EDI implementation, migration, enhancement, or run/support engagements.
• Experience with enterprise EDI standards, governance, and operational processes.
• Ability to work with business, application, and integration teams and external trading partners.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and support EDI integrations and transaction flows across enterprise applications and external trading partners.
• Provide hands-on expertise with JDE EDI (ECOUP), including configuration, integration, transaction processing, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Support ESKER integrations and operations, including interfaces, transaction processing, exception handling, and upstream/downstream system dependencies.
• Configure and support integrations using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, including partner connectivity, data/message flows, mapping, monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Analyze end-to-end EDI transaction flows across JDE, middleware/B2B platforms, ESKER, and external trading partners.
• Troubleshoot failed or delayed EDI transactions and perform root-cause analysis across application, middleware, mapping, connectivity, and data layers.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to translate EDI requirements into implementable integration solutions.
• Support onboarding or migration of trading partners and associated EDI interfaces.
• Participate in testing, defect resolution, cutover, deployment, and post-production stabilization activities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, mappings, operational procedures, and support runbooks.
• Ensure solutions align with applicable enterprise EDI standards, integration processes, security requirements, and implementation practices.

Role Overview for Offshore based Candidate:

We are looking for an experienced EDI Technical Lead / Senior EDI Consultant with strong hands-on expertise across JDE EDI (ECOUP), ESKER, and IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience implementing, integrating, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise EDI solutions in complex production environments. Experience working in large-scale global enterprise environments with established EDI standards and processes is highly preferred.

This role requires someone who can independently analyze EDI requirements and issues, understand end-to-end transaction flows, troubleshoot integration failures, and work effectively with business, ERP, integration, and external trading-partner teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on JDE EDI (ECOUP) implementation and/or production support experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator in an enterprise B2B/EDI environment.

• Good understanding of end-to-end EDI/B2B integration architecture and transaction processing.
• Experience troubleshooting production EDI issues across ERP, middleware, connectivity, mapping, and trading-partner layers.
• Experience supporting EDI implementation, migration, enhancement, or run/support engagements.
• Experience working with enterprise EDI standards, processes, and integration patterns.
• Ability to work directly with business teams, application teams, integration teams, and external trading partners.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience delivering EDI solutions within a large-scale global enterprise environment.

Experience working with established enterprise EDI standards, governance, and operational processes.

Experience supporting EDI landscapes involving JDE EDI (ECOUP), ESKER, and IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.

Experience with complex enterprise environments involving multiple applications, integration platforms, and external trading partners.
