Job summary

D4 Insight in Chennai is seeking an experienced EDI Support Analyst with hands-on expertise in EDI Mapping, X12 transactions, and integrations. The role focuses on managing mappings, building integrations, and ensuring reliable document exchange with trading partners.

You will work with EDI translators and platforms such as HQX or Sterling, configure protocols like FTP, AS2, and SPS, and maintain detailed documentation while troubleshooting issues and learning new tools as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on EDI experience.
• Strong expertise in EDI Mapping and the X12 standard.
• Hands-on experience with real-world EDI integrations.
• Experience with EDI communication protocols such as FTP, AS2, and SPS.
• Exposure to HQX, Sterling, or similar EDI translator platforms.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Experience with Boomi or other integration platforms is an added advantage.
