Job summary

Quadrant IT Services Pvt Ltd. seeks an experienced EDI SI Support Engineer to provide end-to-end production support for EDI interfaces and integrations.

You will monitor transactions, troubleshoot incidents, and assist onboarding of trading partners while coordinating with various stakeholders. The role requires expertise across EDI standards (X12/EDIFACT/XML), proficiency with EDI platforms such as IBM Sterling or Seeburger, and familiarity with AS2/SFTP/FTP/WAN file transfers.

Qualifications

• 58 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end EDI application support.
• Strong understanding of EDI standards such as X12, EDIFACT, and XML.
• Experience with EDI transactions (e.g., 850, 810, 856, 997, 940, 945).
• Hands-on experience with EDI integration platforms (IBM Sterling Integrator/Sterling B2B Integrator (SI), Seeburger, Axway, or similar).
• Good knowledge of EDI mapping, communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP, VAN), and file transfer processes.
• Experience in incident management, problem management, and change management.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
• Basic SQL and Linux/Unix knowledge for troubleshooting is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Job Title:

EDI SI Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced EDI SI Support Engineer with 58 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end EDI application support. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in supporting EDI integrations, incident management, production support, and troubleshooting across various EDI transactions and integration platforms.
