Job summary

Purple Cow in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Operations Specialist to manage daily customer accounts and order flows across channels and marketplaces.

You will coordinate with sales, supply chain, and logistics to resolve post-sale issues, optimize processes, and ensure accurate invoicing and pricing. The role requires English proficiency, tech support experience, strong MS Office and Google Workspace skills, and willingness to work night shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Spoken and Written English is Required.
• Previous experience in Applicational support or tech support is a must.
• Good command over MS Office and MS Excel and Internet usage skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts & weekends.
• Ability to individually perform under minimum supervision.
