Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a senior leader to own end-to-end eCommerce marketing for all brands and categories. You will drive performance across paid search, display, affiliate, email, social, and marketplace platforms, turning consumer insights into growth strategies.
You will lead a team of Performance Marketing managers, optimize budgets, and collaborate with brand managers and KAMs to achieve business goals in a hybrid setup from Mumbai.

You will lead the end-to-end eCommerce Marketing for all our categories across all platforms, and bring big eComm marketing ideas to life through a performance marketing approach. You will be responsible for providing the thought leadership in e-comm marketing by leveraging understanding of the ecomm channel and by staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
Responsible for crafting and leading the eCommerce marketing strategy for all our brands and categories
Oversee all aspects of performance marketing channels, including paid search, display advertising, affiliate marketing, email marketing, social media advertising, and advertising on platforms like Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), Flipkart Ads, Purplle Ads, Quick Commerce Ads, and other relevant marketplaces
Transform consumer insights into action by creating solutions that grow online adoption for our products and convert shoppers into buyers
Influence the brand positioning, premiumization and go to market strategies through data
Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.
Build and scale cost efficient paid digital campaigns spanning multiple platforms channels and objectives, driving tangible growth through efficiencies
Set KPIs and build reporting process to measure eComm marketing performance and improve ROAS
Lead end to end media planning & marketing budget management
Operationalize the eComm business strategy by translating brand briefs into category marketing plans across each eRetailer platform whilst keeping shopper centricity at the forefront
Analyse performance on all spends, campaigns & content performance for the customers
Leverage data analytics and market insights to identify trends, evaluate campaign performance, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across platforms and categories, providing regular updates to senior leadership on marketing performance, insights, and recommendations
Partner with brand managers for on-platform activations & on applying consumer learnings effectively on the platform
Partner closely with KAMs to identify business opportunities and challenges, and develop media plans that deliver business results
Closely work with other internal teams (Planning, Media & Content) and external stakeholders (eRetailers marketing and media teams) to leverage eComm capabilities to drive Colgate's business objectives
Lead a team of Performance Marketing managers and Search Specialists to drive best in class marketing activations
Cascade overall functional goals for team, set up objective goals and conduct periodic performance reviews
Guide team members and help them develop their skills and abilities, and help them grow professionally
Communicate regularly with team members to provide organizational/functional updates, resolve conflicts and drive engagement and motivation
7-10 years of overall commercial experience including 2+ years in eComm
Strong understanding of Performance Marketing
Experience of leading teams
MBA from Tier-1 or Tier-2 b-school
