Job summary

Seventh Triangle Consulting in India seeks an ecommerce project/delivery manager to own end-to-end project delivery from requirement to launch. You will translate client needs into clear scope, tasks, timelines and priorities, and coordinate with tech, design, marketing and analytics teams to ensure smooth execution.

The role requires 3–7 years of experience with D2C/ecommerce brands, preferably Shopify, and strong skills in project planning, UAT, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–7 years of ecommerce project/delivery management experience.
• Proven experience with D2C/ecommerce brands, preferably Shopify.
• Strong planning, requirements, prioritization, UAT, and delivery skills.
• Experience across Shopify, UX/CRO, Analytics, and performance marketing or ecommerce ops.
• Proactive ownership, problem solving, and clear stakeholder communication.
• Ability to collaborate with clients, founders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ecommerce project delivery from requirement to launch.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into clear scope, tasks, timelines, and priorities.
• Coordinate with tech, design, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage UAT, dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Understand ecommerce funnels, Shopify, UX, analytics, and D2C operations to make informed project decisions.
• Identify issues, recommend solutions, and drive projects to completion.
• Manage client relationships and ensure successful project outcomes.

What We Expect

• 3-7 years of experience in ecommerce project/delivery management.
• Experience working with D2C/ecommerce brands, preferably Shopify.
• Strong understanding of project planning, requirements, prioritization, UAT, and delivery.
• Working knowledge of 4+ areas: Shopify, UX/CRO, Analytics, Performance Marketing, Marketplaces, SEO/Content, or Ecommerce Operations.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work with clients, founders/CXOs, and cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Shopify/agency experience.
• Experience managing multiple ecommerce projects simultaneously.
• CRO, GA4, A/B testing, or ecommerce analytics exposure.
