Smart Moves Talent Crafters Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking a hands-on professional to own the growth of the Founder’s Office vertical. You will drive growth across digital channels, own execution calendars and coordinate cross-functional teams to bring new ventures to life.

The role requires 4–7 years in a high-growth B2C consumer brand with strong ecommerce exposure. You will report directly to the Founder and have long-term leadership opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in a high-growth B2C consumer brand.
• Mandatory experience in a high-growth B2C consumer brand and exposure to E-commerce/Quick Commerce.
• Experience in food, FMCG or consumer products is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in launching and scaling consumer products.
• Strong ownership, commercial acumen and execution capability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth across digital channels (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart).
• Own marketing execution, launch calendars and growth initiatives.
• Lead product launches with packaging, sourcing, manufacturing and design teams.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure timely project execution.
• Track business performance, identify growth opportunities and improve profitability.
• Work directly with the Founder to convert ideas into execution.

About the Role

We are a 40-year-old food manufacturing company building the next phase of growth through premium consumer brands across E-commerce, Quick Commerce and Modern Trade.

We are looking for a hands-on, execution-focused professional to work directly with the Founder and own the growth of this vertical.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building businesses from the ground up and taking complete ownership of execution.

Key Responsibilities
