• Category Building & Assortment: Identify high-demand, high-frequency non-food FMCG products and optimize product assortment.
• Sourcing & Vendor Management: Engage manufacturers, distributors, and regional suppliers; negotiate pricing, MOQs, and payment terms.
• Business Analysis & Execution: Analyze pricing, margins, sales performance, and inventory data; drive procurement efficiency.
• Founder’s Office Responsibilities: Work with the founding team on strategic priorities and own projects from planning to execution.

What You’ll Do

1. Category Building & Assortment

• Identify high-demand, high-frequency non-food FMCG products for our target customers.
• Research categories, brands, SKUs, pricing, and market opportunities.
• Evaluate products based on demand, margins, competitiveness, and inventory turns.
• Help build and optimize our product assortment.

2. Sourcing & Vendor Management

• Identify and engage manufacturers, brands, distributors, wholesalers, and regional suppliers.
• Build a strong pipeline of potential vendors across relevant categories.
• Support commercial negotiations on pricing, margins, MOQs, credit terms, and payment terms.
• Develop vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing and reliable supply.

3. Business Analysis & Execution

• Analyze product pricing, margins, sales performance, and inventory data.
• Track competitor assortment, pricing, and promotions.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency and category profitability.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve supply issues and ensure timely replenishment.

4. Founder’s Office Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founding team on strategic and operational priorities.
• Take ownership of projects from research and planning through execution.
• Build processes and solve problems in a rapidly evolving business.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer value, and business growth.
