Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive (India) Ltd in Mumbai seeks a data governance specialist to optimize service levels and master data for Ecom CS&L. You will coordinate with Customer counterparts, KAMs, CSMs and CP warehouse staff to ensure data quality and efficient processes.

Responsibilities include master data maintenance, NPI management, fill-rate analysis, returns analysis, and resolving SAP/EDI issues. A bachelor's degree with 2–3 years of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain master data at the customer end and in SAP.

• Attend weekly customer meetings to discuss fill-rate and requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues like ASN/EDI and PO reflections in SAP.

Job Summary

The incumbent has to facilitate the Ecom team CS&L delivers on service levels to the customers of the company, with least lead time and lowest cost. He/She should be driving Master data governance and service levels for Ecom by continuously engaging with multiple stakeholders like Customer counterparts, KAMs, CSMs and CP warehouse personnel.

Basic Requirement

Required Qualifications

Bachelors with a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer Relationship experience / Stakeholder Management
• SAP experience Microsoft Office or Google Suites
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, DOMO, etc
