Job summary

ICF is seeking a qualified professional to support environmental and social safeguard compliance, field-level monitoring and maintenance of safeguard documentation for CITIIS 2.0 activities in New Delhi.

The role requires a degree or master's in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or Environmental Management, with about 5 years of experience in environmental/social safeguards, field inspections and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental and social safeguards for urban projects.
• Field inspections, safeguard monitoring and documentation experience.
• Ability to coordinate with project teams, contractors and agencies and track corrective actions.

Position Overview

Minimum Qualification and Key Competencies

Degree or Masters degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Management or a related field.

Minimum 5 years Experience in environmental/social safeguards and urban projects preferred. Relevant backgrounds include safeguard compliance, environmental monitoring, environmental management plans, site inspections and government project documentation.

E&S safeguard monitoring; field inspection; compliance documentation; technical document review; risk identification; corrective-action tracking; project-team coordination; report writing.
