Job summary

ICF is seeking a senior professional in New Delhi to lead day-to-day coordination, implementation support and monitoring for a major urban infrastructure project. You will be the primary liaison for the Municipal Council and related agencies, ensuring plans, schedules and progress updates are maintained.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in civil/environmental engineering or related field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with background in urban projects and government-funded

• Monitor physical and financial progress and escalate issues.
• Coordinate with MoHUA, NIUA/CITIIS PMU and other agencies.
• Support CITIIS Management Platform reporting.
• Organise review meetings, workshops, training and capacity-building activities.
• Maintain decisions, action points and follow-up records.
• Support field inspections and related documentation.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Experience in urban infrastructure or project management preferred. Particularly relevant backgrounds include municipal infrastructure, urban development programmes, PMUs and government or externally funded urban projects.
