Job summary

ICF New Delhi seeks a specialist to support environmental and social safeguard compliance, field-level monitoring, and maintenance of safeguard documentation for CITIIS 2.0 activities. The role focuses on reviewing E&S aspects of DPRs, plans, and reports, and identifying risks on urban project activities.

The assignment runs for 1 year and is contingent on bid success; candidates should have a degree or masters in relevant fields and at least five years of experience in safeguards and urban

Qualifications

• Degree or Masters degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years Experience in environmental/social safeguards and urban projects preferred. Relevant backgrounds include safeguard compliance, environmental monitoring, environmental management plans, site inspections and government project documentation.
• E&S safeguard monitoring; field inspection; compliance documentation; technical document review; risk identification; corrective-action tracking; project-team coordination; report writing.
