Job summary

AdStratix, a fast-growing digital marketing company, is hiring an E-commerce Operations & Marketplace Executive to manage day-to-day operations across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces from our Indore office.

The role requires hands-on ownership of listings, inventory, pricing, orders, and dispatch coordination with warehouses and partners, plus reporting and proactive problem solving to keep client stores running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience with or willingness to manage e-commerce platforms across multiple marketplaces.
• 1+ year experience in e-commerce/operations is preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication skills for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and optimize product listings across marketplaces.
• Manage product titles, descriptions, images, variants, pricing, SKUs, categories, and inventory.
• Monitor daily orders and coordinate processing with warehouses and partners.
• Track orders including delivered, cancelled, pending, RTO, returns and refunds.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments across platforms.
• Manage marketplace dashboards and resolve listing or pricing issues.
• Prepare regular reports on orders, dispatches, inventory, and listings.

About the Role:

we are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Operations & Marketplace Executive to manage the day-to-day e-commerce operations of our clients across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how an e-commerce business operates beyond just product listings and can take complete ownership of daily marketplace and online store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and optimize product listings across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other platforms
• Manage product titles, descriptions, images, variants, pricing, SKUs, categories, attributes, and inventory
• Monitor daily orders across all assigned client accounts
• Coordinate order processing and timely dispatch with warehouse/operations teams
• Track delivered, cancelled, pending, RTO, return, replacement, and refund orders
• Monitor inventory and ensure stock levels are updated correctly across platforms
• Identify low-stock and out-of-stock products and coordinate replenishment requirements
• Manage Shopify product uploads, collections, pricing, discounts, and promotional updates
• Monitor Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho Supplier Panel regularly
• Resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, order issues, pricing errors, and marketplace notifications
• Raise support tickets with marketplaces and follow up until closure
• Monitor customer returns, refund status, ratings, reviews, and recurring product/order issues
• Coordinate with clients, warehouses, courier partners, and internal teams for smooth operations
• Maintain accurate client-wise records and trackers
• Prepare regular reports covering orders, dispatches, returns, inventory, listing issues, and pending actions
