Job summary

Seneca Foods in Hyderabad, Telangana, seeks a hands-on E-commerce & Marketplace Operations Executive to manage online business across Shopify, Amazon FBA and other marketplaces. You will own the end-to-end operational cycle from inventory and order management to shipment planning, warehouse coordination, marketplace operations and reporting.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling the complete operational cycle and coordinating with warehouses, vendors and logistics partners.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA.
• Proficient in Shopify and e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, fulfillment, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Shopify, Amazon FBA and other e-commerce marketplaces.
• Coordinate FBA shipments, labeling, carton details and delivery to fulfillment centers.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, warehouses and 3PL partners.
• Manage inventory across warehouses and channels, monitor inbound shipments and reconcile discrepancies.
• Handle order processing, fulfillment, returns and operational issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory, shipment and sales records; prepare operational reports.
• Collaborate with marketplaces to resolve account, listing and fulfillment issues.
• Support expansion into new marketplaces and channels.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce & Marketplace Operations professional to manage and execute our online business operations across Shopify, Amazon FBA and Blinkit. other marketplaces.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling the complete operational cycle from inventory and order management to shipment planning, warehouse coordination, marketplace operations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Shopify, Amazon FBA and other e-commerce marketplaces
• Coordinate FBA shipments, shipment creation, labeling, carton details and delivery to Amazon fulfillment centers
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, courier companies, warehouses and 3PL partners

• Manage inventory levels across warehouses, Amazon FBA, Shopify and other channels
• Monitor inbound shipments, receiving, discrepancies, short shipments and inventory reconciliation
• Handle order processing, fulfillment, returns, refunds and operational issues
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
• Maintain accurate inventory, shipment and sales records
• Prepare regular operational reports and identify issues affecting sales or fulfillment
• Work with marketplaces to resolve account, listing, inventory and fulfillment-related issues
• Support expansion into new marketplaces and e-commerce channels

Required Skills

• Strong practical experience with Amazon Seller Central / FBA
• Experience managing Shopify
• Understanding of e-commerce fulfillment and logistics
• Knowledge of FBA shipment creation, FNSKU labeling, carton configuration and inbound processes
• Experience coordinating with warehouses, 3PLs and logistics providers
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Good understanding of inventory management and reconciliation
• Strong communication and vendor coordination skills
• Highly organized and comfortable handling multiple operational tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and execution ability

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace operations or supply-chain operations
• Hands-on experience with Amazon FBA is strongly preferred
• Experience with Shopify and other marketplaces is an advantage
• Candidates who have personally handled shipments, inventory and marketplace operations will be preferred over purely managerial profiles
• Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and taking ownership of operations end-to-end
