Job summary

Blue Club Collection is seeking a dynamic E-Commerce & Marketing Executive to manage our online business and support marketing and event activities. You will handle product listings, inventory, order management, and customer outreach, while coordinating shoots and digital campaigns to boost online sales.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, familiarity with Shopify and digital platforms, and proficiency in MS Excel & Google Sheets. Experience in fashion/e-commerce is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion/retail/e-commerce is desirable.
• Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage online business operations including product listings, inventory updates, orders, and store coordination.
• Create and coordinate WhatsApp and digital marketing content and campaigns.
• Support printing, vouchers, and event gifting activities.
• Coordinate with stores, vendors and internal teams for launches and events.

Were looking for a dynamic & proactive E-Commerce & Marketing Executive to manage our online business and support exciting marketing & event activities.

E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS

• Product & garment shoot coordination
• Product photo management & editing coordination
• Product listing using AI Tools – ChatGPT & Claude
• Website management – Shopify, GoKwik, Easebuzz, KwikChat & Delhivery
• Daily inventory & stock updates
• Order management – COD / Prepaid / Returns / Billing
• Order picking, packing & store coordination
• Customer order fulfilment through Calling & WhatsApp

MARKETING & CREATIVE

• Create engaging WhatsApp & Digital Marketing Content
• Coordinate photo & video shoots for campaigns
• Support creative requirements for promotional activities

PRINTING & VOUCHERS

Manage vouchers for:

• Offers & Cashback
• Gifting
• Navratri
• Special Events & Campaigns

Coordinate printing and ensure final quality checking

EVENTS & GIFTING

• Support New Store Launches & Events
• Manage event gifting & coordination
• Handle Diwali Gifting Activities
• Coordinate with stores, vendors & internal teams

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Good knowledge of E-Commerce Operations
• Familiarity with Shopify / Digital Platforms
• Good command of MS Excel & Google Sheets
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT & Claude
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks & deadlines
• Experience in Fashion / Retail / E-Commerce will be an advantage
