Job summary

Starlineps International Private Limited in Surat, Gujarat, seeks an Ecommerce Executive to manage and grow our jewelry stores on Etsy, eBay, and Amazon for international markets.

You will optimize listings, perform keyword research, run Etsy Ads, monitor analytics, and coordinate product photography and social media content, in a hands-on role within a small team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years managing Etsy, eBay, and/or Amazon stores.
• Strong Ecommerce SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization.
• Experience with Etsy Ads / PPC.
• Good understanding of analytics and sales performance.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Canva or Photoshop knowledge adds value.
• Able to work independently and own ecommerce operations.
• Jewellery industry experience preferred for jewellery sector.

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Jewelry Ecommerce Executive to manage and grow our online stores on Etsy, eBay, and Amazon for international markets.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ecommerce store management, SEO, product listings, keyword research, and online advertising. Experience with diamond, gold, silver, gemstone, or luxury jewellery will be an advantage.

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for improving store visibility, generating sales, and managing day-to-day ecommerce activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our Etsy, eBay, and Amazon stores.
• Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, tags, keywords, and images.
• Conduct SEO and keyword research to improve product visibility and rankings.
• Manage and optimize Etsy Ads / PPC campaigns.
• Monitor traffic, sales, conversion rates, advertising performance, and store analytics.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Handle customer messages, queries, and reviews to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate product photography and video content for ecommerce and social media.
• Create/edit basic Reels and social media content for jewellery products.
• Manage Instagram and other social media platforms, including posting and daily engagement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Etsy, eBay, and/or Amazon stores.
• Strong understanding of Ecommerce SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization.
• Practical experience with Etsy Ads / PPC.
• Good understanding of ecommerce analytics and sales performance.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or Photoshop is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of ecommerce operations.

Jewellery Industry Experience PreferredCandidates with experience in jewellery, diamonds, gold, silver, gemstones, or luxury products will be preferred.
