Dot Labs Web Solutions in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced E-commerce Executive to manage our eBay marketplace operations from the Hyderabad office. You will handle listings, catalog management, pricing, inventory, orders, and promotions across international markets.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands-on eBay Seller Hub experience, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and the ability to coordinate with warehouse, finance, and support teams to drive growth.

• Excellent practical knowledge of eBay Seller Hub.
• Experience managing multiple international marketplaces is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the eBay seller account/store.
• Create, upload and optimize product listings on eBay.
• Develop SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions and item specifics.
• Select appropriate eBay categories and manage product attributes, variations and catalog information.
• Upload and maintain product images and other listing content.
• Maintain accurate SKU, pricing, inventory and product information.
• Perform bulk listing uploads, edits and updates using Excel/CSV.
• Identify and resolve listing errors and suppressed listings.
• Monitor eBay Seller Hub, account health and seller performance metrics.
• Manage the complete order lifecycle from receipt to dispatch and tracking.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely fulfillment.
• Handle returns, refunds, cancellations and buyer queries.
• Respond to customer messages professionally and within timelines.
• Monitor customer feedback, ratings and seller performance.
• Conduct competitor research and pricing analysis.
• Review market prices and update pricing based on competition and margins.
• Plan and manage eBay promotions, discounts and other activities.
• Monitor marketplace KPIs including sales, traffic, impressions, conversion rate and revenue.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly eBay performance reports.
• Analyze underperforming listings and optimize accordingly.

Job Summary :

• We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive eBay to manage and grow our eBay marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on experience managing eBay Seller Hub, with strong knowledge of product listing, catalog management, inventory, pricing, order processing, promotions, customer service, seller performance and marketplace compliance.
• The candidate should be highly detail-oriented, analytical and comfortable managing large product catalogs and multiple SKUs across international eBay marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the eBay seller account/store.
• Create, upload and optimize product listings on eBay.
• Develop SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions and item specifics.

• Ensure compliance with eBay marketplace policies, listing standards and seller requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, listing visibility, conversion and overall marketplace performance.
• Plan, manage and optimize eBay advertising campaigns and Google Ads (AdWords)

Required Skills :

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce / marketplace operations, preferably with strong eBay experience.
• Excellent practical knowledge of eBay Seller Hub.
• Experience managing eBay US, UK, Canada, Australia or European marketplaces will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of eBay listing optimization, SEO, catalog management and marketplace operations.
• Good understanding of inventory, pricing, orders, returns, refunds and customer service processes.
• Strong MS Excel skills, including:

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
• Candidates with proven hands-on eBay account management experience will be preferred.
