Job summary

Advirtus Global Pvt Ltd. is seeking an E-commerce Executive to run day-to-day operations on Amazon and Shopify listings, inventory, orders, returns, and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Shopify, with strong Excel skills and experience in inventory management and courier coordination. prior exposure to beauty, fragrance, fashion or FMCG is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.
• Create and optimise listings — titles, bullets, backend keywords, A+ content.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and replenishment planning.
• Handle orders, dispatch, returns, and RTO tracking.
• Coordinate with courier partners and resolve shipping issues.
• Manage customer queries and marketplace escalations.
• Track and report daily sales, ACOS, and inventory numbers.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets — pivot tables, VLOOKUP.
• Beauty, fragrance, fashion or FMCG experience preferred.
