Job summary

Ibell Tools is seeking an organized logistics coordinator to handle end-to-end order processing across Shopify, Amazon, and Flipkart. You will generate packing slips, labels, and manifests, and ensure timely dispatch of orders.

The role includes demand-based SKU allocation, warehouse coordination, and tracking shipments, with responsibility for returns and inventory reconciliation. Suitable for candidates with strong cross-functional communication in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

• Shipment Order Processing
  • Process daily customer orders received through Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Generate packing slips, shipping labels, and dispatch manifests to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Demand-Based SKU Allocation
  • Analyze daily and weekly sales demand across platforms.
  • Allocate inventory efficiently across warehouses and sales channels to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
• Supply Chain Coordination
  • Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, and procurement teams to ensure product availability.
  • Align inventory planning with upcoming promotional campaigns and sales events.
• Logistics Courier Management
  • Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) and courier partners for daily pickups and timely dispatches.
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery delays, failed deliveries, and Non-Delivery Reports (NDRs).
• Inventory Reconciliation
  • Regularly reconcile system inventory with physical stock.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records across all e-commerce sales channels.
• Returns Claims Management
  • Manage customer returns, Return to Origin (RTO), and return-related processes.
  • Coordinate product quality checks and process reimbursement claims for damaged, lost, or missing shipments.
