Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform (website, marketplaces like Amazon, etc.).

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team.
• Process orders, returns, and customer queries efficiently.
• Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media)
• Good communication and customer handling skills
