Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience, strong Excel/ERP skills, and a detail-oriented approach to financial controls and regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• Experience with GST, TDS, corporate tax and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP and accounting software.

Aufgaben

• Reconcile accounts for ecommerce platforms such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
• Prepare balance sheets, P&L, and MIS reports.
• Handle taxation matters including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Develop internal controls and ensure policy compliance.
• Analyze financial performance and advise on cost reductions and profitability.
• Support management in strategic financial decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and supervise the finance and accounts team.

*Job Summary*

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of the organization. The Finance Manager will be responsible for budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, taxation, compliance, financial reporting, and supporting strategic business decisions through accurate financial analysis.

CTC : Upto 6 LPA

*Key Responsibilities*

• Reconcile accounts of ecommerce platforms like Myntra, Amazon, Flipkartetc.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management
• Ensure timely preparation of balance sheets, P&L statements, and MIS reports
• Handle taxation matters including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutorycompliance
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
• Develop internal financial controls and ensure compliance with companypolicies
