Job summary

Chargeup, a Fi-Ne-Tech platform, is seeking a Senior Finance Manager in Sultanpur, Delhi. You will lead FP&A, budgeting, cash flow management, and statutory compliance while reporting to the CEO.

The role focuses on investor reporting and strategic financial leadership to accelerate growth. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in finance, tax, and financial controls, with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 58 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, FP&A, Financial Planning, Budgeting, Taxation, Compliance, and Financial Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage Investor Relations and provide accurate financial information, MIS, and performance reports to investors and senior management.
• Lead FP&A, including business performance analysis, profitability, cost analysis, and management reporting.
• Drive annual budgeting, financial planning, and periodic forecasting in coordination with business teams.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and liquidity planning.
• Ensure timely statutory compliance covering GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable regulations.
• Lead monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting and ensure timely financial closure.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Handle finance, taxation, and legal cases/notices with external consultants and legal advisors.
• Strengthen internal financial controls, processes, MIS, and reporting systems.
• Work closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations for business decisions.

• Strong hands-on expertise in FP&A, Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow Management.
• Good command of GST, TDS, Income Tax & Statutory Compliance.
• Experience in Investor Reporting / Investor Relations.
• Strong exposure to Financial Reporting, Audit & Financial Controls.
• Experience handling tax/finance-related notices and legal matters.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
