Responsibilities include managing the overall delivery relationship with assigned program/project clients, delivering weekly status reports (directly or with project managers), and providing program/progress updates to client stakeholders and delivery management. Additional responsibilities include business analysis, functional requirement gathering and process mapping, developing Functional Design Documents (FDD), functional installation, configuration, and user acceptance testing, as well as key user training, go-live support, and post-go-live process improvement.
