sa.global Bangalore team seeks a seasoned functional consultant to customize and configure D365 Finance and related modules, leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to deliver client solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of D365 Finance/F&O experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to guide junior team members while coordinating with clients. The role demands a proactive, self-starting professional committed to quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as SME in Microsoft D365 Finance/F&O.
• Experience in developing functional specifications for D365 Finance enhancements.
• Experience with setup, configuration, integration and testing of Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Extensive experience in AP, AR, GL, FA, Treasury, Projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 & integrations.
• Experience in design of test scenarios and UAT.
• Use of Azure DevOps and other test management tools.

About the Role

sa.global is looking for a motivated and skilled functional consultant to be a part of our team in Bangalore.

Job Description

• Customize and configure the D365 CE platform using various tools and technologies including but not limited to Power Apps, Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow), and Power BI
• Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft D365 Finance application and evaluate the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
• Be responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and design and configure data migration strategies with the team.
• Collaborate, manage, and lead meetings with technical consultants and client/end-users.
• Support the Microsoft D365 Finance application to achieve the customer’s business requirements. Facilitate the customer’s decision-making process and develops the functional design document that will drive the development process
• To have deep understanding & knowledge on latest D365 Modules & new features, applications, and functionalities

The requirements for this role include:

• 5+ years of experience as a subject matter expert in Microsoft D365 Finance/F&O.
• Experience in developing functional specifications for D365 Finance enhancements and integrations
• Experience with setup, configuration, implementation, integration, and testing of Dynamics 365 solutions using best practices implementation methodology
• Extensive experience in core financial modules like AP, AR, GL, FA, Treasury Management and Projects
• A deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 solutions & integrations
• Experience in design and creating test scenarios, functional test cases and User acceptance testing
• Use of Azure DevOps and other test management tools for all aspects from requirements to UAT.

Desired qualifications and skills:

• Graduate/post graduate degree in finance or related areas (B.Com/M.com., MBA)
• Candidates with Microsoft certifications are preferred and will have an advantage over the others.
• Excellent business communication skills with effective presentation and demonstration skills.
• Ability to guide junior team members and co-ordinate with them to deliver above and beyond commitments.
• Should have a strong learning orientation with regards to new technologies and implementing them.
• Should be a self-starter and initiative taker.
• Should possess strong analytical skills and be detail oriented.
