Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Develop and customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, and security models.
• Build and maintain applications using Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas Apps).
• Design and implement automated business processes using Power Automate.
• Develop custom plugins, custom workflow activities, and integrations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Web APIs.
• Work extensively with Dataverse for data modeling, management, and security.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, governance, and security standards.
• Collaborate with business users, solution architects, and functional consultants to deliver high-quality solutions.
