Job summary

Grazitti Interactive is seeking a Dynamics CRM Developer with 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM solutions.

You will implement business logic, integrate CRM with external systems, and enhance user experiences using the Power Platform. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and QA teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of dedicated development experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2016, D365 Online/On-Premise).
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
• Experience developing custom Plugins and Custom Workflow Activities.
• Power Platform: Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Experience with PCF is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Customization & Configuration: Design and implement custom entities, forms, views, ribbons, business rules, and workflows within Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365.
• Technical Development: Write clean, maintainable code for Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and JavaScript/TypeScript extensions.
• Integration Management: Build secure integrations between Dynamics CRM and third-party applications or internal enterprise systems using Web APIs, REST/SOAP endpoints, Azure Functions, and Power Automate.
• Power Platform Development: Design Canvas/Model-Driven apps and automated flows with Power Automate.
• Data Migration & Maintenance: Support data migration strategies, data cleansing operations, and ALM across Dev, UAT, and Production environments.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose, debug, and resolve issues and performance bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities

Customization & Configuration: Design and implement custom entities, forms, views, ribbons, business rules, and workflows within Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365.

Technical Development: Write clean, maintainable code for Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and JavaScript/TypeScript extensions to meet advanced business needs.

Integration Management: Build and maintain secure integrations between Dynamics CRM and third-party applications or internal enterprise systems using Web APIs, REST/SOAP endpoints, Azure Functions, and Power Automate.

Power Platform Development: Utilize the Power Platform ecosystem, including designing Canvas/Model-Driven apps and creating automated flows with Power Automate.

Data Migration & Maintenance: Support data migration strategies, data cleansing operations, and solution deployments (ALM) across Development, UAT, and Production environments.

Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose, debug, and resolve technical issues, system bugs, and performance bottlenecks within the CRM ecosystem.

Technical & Professional Requirements

Experience: 4 to 8 years of dedicated development experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2016, D365 Online/On-Premise).

Core Languages: Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, and SQL Server.

Extensibility: Strong experience developing custom Plugins and Custom Workflow Activities.

Front-End Integration: Experience using JavaScript/TypeScript for form scripting and interacting with the Web API.

Power Platform: Solid understanding of the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps). Experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) is a major plus.

Tools & ALM: Familiarity with CRM development tools like XrmToolBox, Visual Studio, and version control systems like Git or Azure DevOps. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Preferred Certifications (Good to Have)

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service or Sales Functional Consultant (PL-200 / MB-210 / MB-230)
