Advance Career Solutions is seeking an experienced D365 CRM/CE Developer with PowerApps to join our team hybrid nationwide. The candidate should have hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM development experience, plus expertise in Power Apps, Dataverse, plugins, workflows, and integrations.

The role covers development, customization and deployment across Dynamics 365 modules, with a focus on Sales and Customer Service, Power Apps creation, Dataverse design, and API-driven integrations.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE Development.
• Strong experience in Power Apps.
• Experience with Dataverse.
• Strong knowledge of C# / .NET.
• Experience developing D365 Plugins and Workflows.
• Experience with JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE solutions.
• Work extensively on Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and related CRM modules.
• Develop and customize Power Apps, including Model-driven and Canvas Apps.
• Design and develop Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules and security roles.
• Develop C# plugins, custom workflows and custom actions for Dynamics 365.
• Work with JavaScript, Web API and REST APIs for CRM customizations and integrations.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate flows for business process automation.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external applications and systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve technical issues in D365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing and deployment.
