Job summary

Powercret Solutions is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform Consultant to own technical delivery and build scalable Microsoft business solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Platform, custom development, integrations and ALM/DevOps.

You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and guide junior developers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM and Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse.
• Experience with model-driven Power Apps and complex integrations.
• Proficiency in C#, plugins, web APIs and REST services.
• Understanding of ALM, deployment and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse and Power Platform.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop model-driven Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Develop complex plugins, Custom APIs and business logic.
• Work with Dataverse Web API, FetchXML and REST APIs.
• Design Dataverse data models and security.
• Develop and troubleshoot Dynamics 365 integrations.
• Utilize Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management or Service Bus.
• Implement Power Platform ALM and CI/CD using Azure DevOps and Git.
• Troubleshoot development and production issues; perform code reviews and mentor juniors.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Platform, custom development, integrations and ALM/DevOps.

Key Responsibility

• Design and develop solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse and Power Platform.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop advanced Model-driven Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Develop complex C# plugins, Custom APIs and business logic.
• Work with Dataverse Web API, FetchXML and REST APIs.
• Design Dataverse data models and security.
• Develop and troubleshoot Dynamics 365 integrations.
• Work with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management or Service Bus.
• Implement Power Platform ALM and CI/CD using Azure DevOps and Git.
• Troubleshoot complex development, integration and production issues.
• Perform code reviews and guide junior developers.
• Participate in technical design, estimation and solution discussions.

Advanced & Model Microsoft Skills

• Experience or strong working knowledge of Copilot Studio and AI Agents.
• Understanding of AI capabilities in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Experience with Power Platform Pipelines / CI-CD.
• Experience with one or more:
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph, Entra ID and OAuth is an advantage.
• Experience with PCF / React / TypeScript is an advantage.
