Job summary

Questhiring is seeking a seasoned Technical Consultant/Senior Engineer to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization, data migration, and integrations from our Gurugram office. You will design, test, and deploy CRM solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure scalable cloud-based implementations using Azure.

Strong communication and problem-solving are essential. The ideal candidate holds a CS/IT degree and Dynamics 365 certifications, with hands-on experience in SSRS/SSIS,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Consultant or Senior Engineer with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration.
• Strong testing and test automation experience.
• Experience with SSRS/SSIS and SQL Server development.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience with DevOps tools and pipeline setup for CRM deployments
• Experience with D365 integrations and data migration.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are a plus.
