Job summary

Hexaware Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking a Dynamics 365 specialist to manage Customer Engagement environments, ensure governance, and drive platform improvements across development, testing, UAT, and production.

The role requires hands-on administration of Dynamics 365, Power Platform governance, and coordination with stakeholders. Experience with Azure DevOps, ALM tools, and integrations is essential.

Job description

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environments.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform administration and governance.
• Experience managing multiple Dynamics 365 environments across development, test, UAT, and production.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 solutions, managed and unmanaged customizations, and solution dependencies.
• Experience with deployment tools such as:
• Azure DevOps
• Power Platform pipelines
• PAC CLI
• Solution Packager
• Other approved ALM tools
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, security groups, service principals, application users, and role-based access control.
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 integrations, APIs, plugins, workflows, Power Automate, and external systems.
• Experience with incident, change, problem, and release management processes.
• Strong documentation, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
