You will oversee boilers, chillers, brine plants and other utility equipment; plan preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance; ensure safety, EMS, QMS and OHSAS compliance; and

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of industrial utilities and mechanical maintenance.
• Proven ability to plan, schedule and optimize preventive maintenance.
• Experience coordinating with multiple departments and vendors.
• Familiarity with boiler safety, EMS, QMS and OHSAS standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage smooth operations and maintenance of boilers, chillers, brine plants and other utility equipment.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Ensure safe and efficient utility operations with maximum equipment availability.
• Plan plant shutdowns, new installations and utility maintenance activities.
• Ensure statutory compliance, boiler safety and adherence to EMS, QMS and OHSAS standards.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, EHS and other departments.
• Handle maintenance budgets, vendor development and cost optimization.
• Lead and supervise utility maintenance teams.
