Job summary

Growth For Impact in Bengaluru seeks a regulatory/compliance professional to manage filings, records, and reporting for a fund. You will liaise with vendors, ensure contract alignment, and drive process improvements to maintain audit readiness.

The role requires 3+ years in compliance/operations, strong Indian regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication and organizational skills. This on-site role offers a dynamic work environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, operations, or a regulatory role, preferably in a Fund.
• Strong knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks and compliance best practices.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proven vendor management experience.

• Ensure timely submission and accuracy of all regulatory filings and compliance documentation.
• Maintain comprehensive records of fund documents, investor materials, and drawdown procedures.
• Prepare clear and precise investor reports with consistency and transparency.
• Serve as primary liaison with external vendors, monitor service levels and alignment with contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine processes and improve operational efficiency and audit-readiness.
