Job summary

Aum Staffing Services seeks a PLC/Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Rockwell CCW V12, Studio 5000, and Rockwell AB Micro 800. You will develop PLC and HMI programs, commission variable frequency drives, and support on-site troubleshooting and startup activities for client equipment. Siemens S7 familiarity is a plus.

The role requires hands-on field work at customer sites in Haryana/Gurugram, with collaboration to ensure smooth commissioning and after-sales support.

Qualifications

• Experience with Rockwell CCW V12 and Studio 5000.
• Develop PLC/HMI programs for Rockwell AB Micro 800 series.
• Strong knowledge of Panel View 800 HMI.
• Experience with Siemens S7-1200/S7-200 smart PLCs.
• Knowledge of Rockwell PowerFlex 523/525 series VFDs.
• Basics of RTD sensors, pressure, temperature, RH and dew point transmitters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and commission PLC/HMI programs for Rockwell AB hardware.
• Troubleshoot and startup equipment at site or remotely.
• Support service team at site for onboarding and commissioning.
