Job summary

Weekday (YC W21) is seeking an experienced DVA Modeler to work on automotive body, exterior and interior components. The role requires hands-on DVA modeling, interpretation of design requirements, and close collaboration with design and engineering teams in Hyderabad, India.

VisVSA experience is mandatory. Ideal candidates will have 5–8 years in DVA modeling, strong automotive domain knowledge, and the ability to follow modeling standards while supporting design iterations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality DVA models for automotive body, exterior, and interior components
• Create and modify models based on design requirements, engineering specifications, and project guidelines
• Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure DVA models meet required quality and dimensional standards
• Analyze design feasibility and identify potential issues during the modeling process
• Support design iterations, modifications, and optimization based on project requirements
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of modeling deliverables
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve modeling and design‑related challenges
• Follow established modeling standards, processes, and quality requirements
