Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ASIC Verification Manager / SoC Verification Manager to lead verification activities for complex SoC programs involving high-speed protocols. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in verification methodologies along with proven leadership experience managing verification teams and driving project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ASIC/SoC verification teams across multiple projects.
• Define and execute verification strategies, plans, and methodologies.
• Drive verification closure including functional coverage, code coverage, assertions, and regressions.
• Collaborate with architecture, design, firmware, and system teams to ensure complete verification of SoC features.
• Review verification environments, test plans, test cases, and coverage metrics.
• Mentor and guide engineers on verification best practices and technical challenges.
• Track project milestones, resource allocation, risks, and deliverables.
• Interface with customers and stakeholders to provide technical updates and project status.

Required Technical Skills
