Job summary

Ags Cinemas in Tamil Nadu is seeking an operations supervisor to oversee cinema services from back-office to concession, cleaning and food & beverage, driving impulse sales and ensuring accurate cash handling. You will lead rostering, monitor manpower costs, guide a frontline team, and maintain high service standards while delivering a safe, welcoming customer experience at a busy cinema.

Experience in customer handling and flexibility to work shifts are essential for success in this frontline
