Job summary

• Component & Material Estimation
• Fabricated Parts: cost for metallic (Al, SS) and non-metallic (ESD plastics, Delrin) parts by evaluating material weight, machining cycles (CNC/VMC), and finishing processes.
• Bought-Out Items: Source and maintain price benchmarks for: Mechanical: Bearings, linear rails, and precision slide ways; Pneumatics: Cylinders, DCV valves, and manifold systems.
