Job summary

Own Retail is seeking an experienced Salesforce and Copado release manager to optimize release pipelines and CI/CD processes. You will collaborate with development and operations to ensure smooth deployments, troubleshoot issues, and provide team training on best practices.

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years in Salesforce and Copado release management, with strong configuration, deployment, and metadata API deployment expertise.

• Manage and optimize Copado release management processes for Salesforce.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Copado.

• Manage back promotion and keep the environments in sync using Copado.
